Why Nestvale

What Families Notice

Conversations Open Up

Families often tell us that after a session, it felt easier to talk — about everyday things, and about what matters most.

Records That Make Sense

Papers and keepsakes that have been sitting in boxes for years finally have a home — organised, labelled, and easy for anyone to use.

Across Generations

Our programmes are designed so grandparents, parents, and children can all take part — each bringing their own perspective.

Gentle, No-Pressure Pace

Nothing is rushed. Families move through activities at their own pace, and there is no expectation about what must be shared.

Rooted in Thai Family Life

Our content and approach draw on the rhythms and values common in Thai family culture — respectful, community-minded, and heritage-aware.

Education, Not Advice

We share information and activities — never personal or professional advice. Families decide what to do with what they learn.

Common Questions

Things Families Often Ask

What kind of families do you work with?
We work with families of all sizes and backgrounds living in and around Khon Kaen. Our programmes are open to any family — nuclear, extended, mixed-generation — who would like to spend some focused time together.
Do your sessions include counselling or personal advice?
No. All of our offerings are educational in nature. We share activities, prompts, and informational resources. We do not provide personal advice, assessments, or any form of counselling or clinical input.
How many people from our family should attend?
That depends on the programme. The Story Sharing Workshop and Generations Together Programme work well with a range of family members — typically two or more. The Heritage Records service can involve just one or two people handling the documents. We will discuss what makes sense when you enquire.
What is the difference between the Workshop and the Generations Together Programme?
The Family Story Sharing Workshop is a single session focused on storytelling and listening. The Generations Together Programme runs across multiple sessions and covers a broader range of topics — communication patterns, shared routines, and gentle forward planning. Both are informational and educational.
How long does the Heritage Records Organisation take?
The time varies depending on how many documents and items your family has. We agree on scope before we begin, so there are no surprises. Most families complete the process within one to three working sessions, and we provide a reusable template so you can continue maintaining the system on your own.
Are sessions available in Thai as well as English?
Yes. We can accommodate families who prefer to speak Thai, English, or a mix of both. Please mention your preference when you get in touch.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We aim to respond within one working day. We will have a brief, no-obligation conversation to understand what your family is looking for, and then we can suggest the most suitable programme and schedule.
