How We Work

Our Approach Across All Services

Every Nestvale service starts with a conversation. We want to understand your family's situation before we suggest anything — which programme fits, how many sessions might suit, who will attend, and whether Thai or English (or both) works best.

From there, we agree on scope clearly. No ambiguity about what is and is not included. No add-ons after the fact.

During delivery, our facilitators and specialists work at the pace that suits your family. If a session ends early because there is nothing left to do, that is fine. If a session takes longer because conversation has opened up, we accommodate that too.

At the end, you take something with you — materials, a system, or resources — that you can use long after the sessions are over.

Service 01

Family Story Sharing Workshop

A single, warm session where family members share stories and learn to listen more fully to each other. Built around gentle prompts and simple structured activities, this workshop is suitable for families who want to spend meaningful time together without any particular agenda or outcome in mind. General education only — no advice is given at any point.

What is included

  • One facilitated session (typically 2–3 hours)
  • Printed story prompt cards for use at home afterwards
  • Listening activities guide
  • Available in Thai, English, or a mix of both
  • Suitable for 2–8 family members across any generations

Heritage Records Organisation

Practical help gathering and arranging family documents, keepsake records, and important papers into a clear, labelled system. We design the system to fit your family's actual materials and then hand you a reusable template so you can maintain and add to it yourselves going forward. This is organisational support — not archival advice or legal guidance.

Generations Together Programme

A multi-session informational programme exploring communication across generations, shared routines, and gentle forward planning. Sessions are discussion-based, structured around provided resources, and adapted to the mix of family members attending. This programme is non-clinical and educational — no individual advice is given at any point.
